Tracy earned her bachelor of Animal Science degree at Umass Amherst and became part of the hospital staff in 1996 as a receptionist. She already knew that she wanted to be more hands on with the animals and earned her CVT certificate in 2006 and has been a technician ever since. She is known as the “dog whisperer” by her colleagues for her ability to calm the anxious canine patients. Traveling and going on adventures with her husband and three daughters is a favorite pastime of hers. Her pet family are one dog Juji (shichon) and three cats (Midnight, Weasley and Pumpkin).
